Welcoming a new baby is an exciting and deeply transformative experience. It can also feel overwhelming at times. With so many decisions to make, options to consider, and new information to take in, it’s easy to feel unsure of where to begin.

I believe that every birthing person deserves to feel supported, informed, and celebrated throughout their journey—regardless of background, identity, or the choices they make for their care.

Building a thoughtful support team can make a meaningful difference in preparing for a positive and empowering birth experience. As a doula, I am here to be a steady, compassionate presence within that team. I proudly support all families—whether you are planning a hospital birth, home birth, vaginal birth, or cesarean birth—and honor your choices about where and how you give birth. My approach is rooted in respect, non-judgment, and evidence-based care.

Birth is not only a physical experience, but an emotional and mental one as well. My role is to provide guidance and reassurance during pregnancy, continuous support throughout labor, and a calm, grounded environment as you meet your baby and begin bonding. I am here to help you feel confident in your instincts and connected to your strength every step of the way.
